• Led a vision project for YouTube’s Channel Experience team by defining project scope, identifying user needs, creating a high-fidelity design proposal and aligning vision with partner teams during critiques and reviews.

•  Collaborated with UXR to design and facilitate a research workshop to test early vision concepts. Consolidated research insights into a research report with actionable design recommendations and managed share out across 3+ teams.

•  Defined design specifications for a new feature on the channel page by liaising with design, PM and engineering leads. Initiated alignment on design requirements and created final interactive prototype with redlines for engineering handover.

‍•  Co-authored a 2-pager presented to YouTube and Google leadership by designing 9 main screens to visualize YouTube’s future.
